The TrueAllele® Casework technology is available in two basic configurations.

  • TrueAllele Casework TASC™ instrument for on-site productivity
  • TrueAllele Casework OnDemand™ service via internet delivery
  • TrueAllele Casework TASC instrument

The TrueAllele Casework TASC system provides casework analysis and interpretation through a stand-alone super computer in a laboratory. The TrueAllele Casework technology system consists of a TrueAllele Quality Check Workstation for reviewing the data, a stand-alone TASC scientific instrument for processing the data, and the forensic review software. The TrueAllele Casework system can be integrated into a laboratory's existing automation systems and networks. The TrueAllele software is available via laboratory personnel's own desktop with centralized servers. All TrueAllele Casework systems are LIMS compatible, and can be customized to the laboratory's processes. The TrueAllele technology provides extensive ongoing quality assurance monitoring and troubleshooting, problem solving, internal validations and concordance studies, database creation and matching capability.

TrueAllele VUIer™: TrueAllele Casework has a unique visual user interface that enables the analyst to see graphical interfaces of the TrueAllele interpretation results, including the original electropherogram data along with the interpreted allele results. This unique TrueAllele VUIer facilitates the analyst's understanding of the DNA evidence at a level of detail currently unavailable in any other forensic system or technology.

    TrueAllele OnDemand Casework service

TrueAllele OnDemand for casework is a Internet-based service that provides the same interpretation and matching capability of the TrueAllele TASC scientific cluster but without the need to set up a machine in your laboratory. TrueAllele OnDemand allows a lab to immediately begin processing large or small amounts of complex DNA data. TrueAllele OnDemand is the ideal solution for the laboratory with small amounts of DNA that need to be processed. Its virtually unlimited capacity makes TrueAllele OnDemand the ideal choice for a laboratory faced with the need to significantly scale up their DNA review process. TrueAllele OnDemand is also useful for processing single forensic cases without the need to invest in an on-site super computer.
